Do I need to bring my own vehicle?
Yes, you must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have written authority from the vehicle owner, with the requisite paperwork showing ownership. You must also ensure that your vehicle has appropriate luggage space that allows you to carry your personal belongings for the whole journey.
There is no restriction on what brand of vehicle you bring. However, your vehicle must be in good working order to prevent any unnecessary hold-ups and it should be able to ride on and off highway.

How much driving experience do I need to join the trip?
You should be a confident and competent driver, with at least two years of driving experience. It can be challenging to travel off the main highways and we will all be expected to work together as a team to resolve any problems we may encounter. Trip leader will be in-charge at all times.
How do I prepare my vehicle for the trip?
Prior to starting any trip your vehicle must be fully serviced – Check Engine oil, Tire Pressure, Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, Air Filter, Brakes, Clutch, All lights, Top up fluids-Wiper, Power Steering, Coolant etc.
Do I have to attend the pre-trip meeting?
It is important that all participants attend the pre-trip meeting. This is because we should all be on the same page, have the same brief/information and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Can I join the trip if I don’t have a vehicle and do not know to drive?
Yes, you can as a pillion, by sharing the car related expenses with other travelers.
What is the role of the support team?
The support team will comprise of two members, the trip leader and the organizer. It is the responsibility of the trip leader to make decisions regarding the trip and keep the trip moving smoothly. The organizer, is there to assist with other logistics like food and stay.
What is the role of the support vehicle?
We will have a dedicated TheeBeauties support vehicle. The purpose of the support vehicle will be to provide assistance to the group in case of a breakdown or an emergency. The emergency equipment, medical kit and water will always be in the support vehicle. Participants will follow the support vehicle on the trip route. We will not be able to provide support to individual participants who decide to take alternative routes.
Do I need Travel Insurance?
You will not be able to go on this trip without insurance.
At times comprehensive vehicular insurance covers both the driver and the vehicle.
Do you provide any optional excursions?
We have included time for you to be able to take optional excursions on your own, these will be on additional cost.
Where do we stay during the trip?
Hotels/Homestays this is usually on a double or triple sharing occupancy basis in a spacious room
What is the size of the group for this trip?
We require a minimum of 10-12 participants.
