Day 0: Start Overnight
Start overnight from Bangalore
Day 1: Hampi Exploration
— On arrival, check-in to your hotel, freshen up and get geared up for the day
— After breakfast, head to explore Vijayanagar Empire from 1335 to 1565 the ruins are a UNESCO World Heritage Site listed as the group of Monuments at Hampi. We start with the Sasivekalu Ganesha statue located at the entrance of this city of boulders.
— Head towards the focal point of Hampi Bazaar, the Virupaksha Temple which is the city’sÂ oldest structure. Pay your respects at the grand shrine dedicated to Shiva’s incarnation Virupaksha.
— Take a stop at Krishna Bazaar and walk to the nearby monolithic sculptures of Narasimha. From here head to visit Lotus Mahal, watch tower and the Elephant Stable.
— Post this we go to the renowned King’s Balance, Vitthala Temple, Stone chariot, Musical Pillars and Vittal bazaar
— End the day by spending a mesmerising time at the Sunset Point.
Day 2: Exploring Hippie Island:
— Today we are all set to explore the famously called Hippie Island in Hampi.
— Head towards Hanuman Temple at the Anjaneya Hill which is the birth place of Hanuman. It involves a climb of 300 stairs to reveal breathtaking bird’s eye view of the entire Hampi. Optional climb.
— Visit Durga Temple where you witness faith in bundles hanging from the tree.
— Explore Bali caves.
— Head towards Sanapur Lake, a large reservoir fed by the Tungabhadra river. Here one can opt for a Coracle ride to enjoy the calm and serene. Witness sunset and watch the rays sparkle the water.
— Christmas eve and dinner will be at the numerous restaurants buzzing the small narrow stretch of lanes of the Hippie Island. Take a walk and explore the various cloths and artefacts sold. Here is music, here is festivity, here is celebration!
— Call it a late night by returning to resort.
Day 3: Badami and Pattadkal:
— Start your day early to head to Badami another UNESCO World heritage monuments.
— Badami cave Temples, Pattadakal, Mahakoota, Aihole and get back to Hospet by evening. Freshen-up and get onto the return journey with lots of historic memories packed along.

Things to Carry:
One back pack to carry your required stuff with change of clothes for three days
Comfortable footwear with extra flip-flops, as it involves significant walking
One jacket or Sweater as it does gets slightly cold during night and early mornings
